I recently phoned for some wool to complete a project. When I received it, my project colour had changed so much it didn't match. I went in to the store and it was explained to my why it didn't match and we managed to match with another wool. Thank you for you patience and assistance, it is greatly appreciated. Now I am able to finish my baby shawl for an upcoming grandbaby.
