Hi, I would just like to say congratulations on a great site.

I am interstate but have always purchased from the Wool Inn due to not being able to get the brand I like up here in QLD.

As the site is still only new I thought they no longer sold my wool and was very sad.

Having a facebook page allowed my question to be answered quicker than contacting the store due to the weekend / public holiday.

Not only did they respond to me they also got the wool listed on the site to allow me to purchase what I needed.

I think you have done a great job with the site and commend you on exceptional customer service standards which is something I have come to expect when dealing with your store.

I wish more stores were still as customer focused as you are.
