I have shopped at this shop for a while now and I find Anita and Bess, whom I have met, have always been so helpful especially when I was able to visit the shop on my visits to Penrith. Due to lockdown, I have not been able to travel out of QLD for a while. I have often ordered online and still get the same perfect help. The wool does not take long to arrive once I order. Thank you to all the staff it’s a pleasure to shop where you are able to get help if you need something.
