I have visited The Wool Inn shop twice and both times been thrilled with level of service, knowledge and helpfulness of Anita and her staff. Yesterday afternoon I placed my first online order. I was unsure of accuracy of colour swatches online so was contacted to answer my questions,which I really appreciated. My order has been delivered this morning (less than 24 hours after placing it!) including samples of colours I wasn't sure about. What service! Thank you so much. I'll be back!
