Question:

Why are you unable to fill my order when the website shows stock?

Answer:
The stock levels are updated each night from our computerised retail system.
Once placed, your order is picked and processed through our retail system.

If we are unable to pick the product, we conduct a single item stocktake to confirm the accuracy of the stock count.

If we are still unable to supply, but are showing stock, it will either be
- we do not have enough stock of the same dyelot or
- the available stock showing has been allocated to another customer order and we are waiting for payment.

We process all orders on a strictly first in, first out basis.
