Excellent communication and fast delivery. During lockdown, used the Creative Kids Voucher for the Crochet Pack. The items were thoughtfully chosen and had variety. My daughter followed the book and is now hooked and has a new hobby. I just placed another order 2 days ago and my daughter was ecstatic it arrived today. I have shopped at this shop for a while now and I find Anita and Bess, whom I have met, have always been so helpful especially when I was able to visit the shop on my visits to Penrith. Due to lockdown, I have not been able to travel out of QLD for a while. I have often ordered online and still get the same perfect help. The wool does not take long to arrive once I order. Thank you to all the staff it’s a pleasure to shop where you are able to get help if you need something.
