I ordered some wool on Friday evening, and placed another order on Sunday evening, and am thrilled that they both arrived this morning. I’d also placed orders with other stores over 2 weeks ago and am still waiting. Service from The Wool Inn is excellent.

I ordered online and then remembered an item I had omitted. I phoned and spoke to the friendly staff who quickly added the item to the parcel which was ready to be posted only 12 hours after ordering. Lovely, helpful staff and a huge range of yarns and other items to choose from.
Highly recommended.

I ordered Wednesday and my treasures arrived on Friday! I think they have a Santa who delivers during the year as well. Incredable service and Australia Post must have been on steroids as well!!!

I have ordered at least three times from The Wool Inn and the service has been amazing. Goods arrive the next morning Would recommend this site to any one who finds it hard to find a good colour range a great choice of brands and doesn’t like to wait to long for their goods.

I recently bought three lots of knitting wool online and I was not only impressed with the quality and price of the product, but equally with the very useful advice I received when one lot of wool was no longer produced. On top of that, the products arrived within a week of me having ordered them! I will certainly buy wool for my next projects from the Wool Inn!
