The Wool Inn is amazing, I shop online with them. Their customer service is incredible, their knowledge is second to none, their product range huge.

If you need something, they will get it in for you, if you send an enquiry, they will answer it very quickly. Postage is very fast.

I have recommended the Wool Inn to loads of people for online shopping and will continue to shop here. I wish there was a store like this in Albury.

I ordered late Friday and received my wool today (Tuesday). Cannot wait to start crocheting a jumper for my little dog. So satisfying to support a small business instead of a chain.

I have shopped with the Wool Inn twice now and have been very impressed! They have great customer service and are very speedy with deliveries. Ordered at 1:30 today and arrived at my doorstep later that day. Will definitely continue to shop with the Wool Inn again!

I am so impressed with the beautiful staff and great service at the Wool Inn. I ordered some items online this afternoon at 3.00 p.m. and they were delivered to my doorstep by 7.30 p.m. tonight. What service! I am so delighted. One of the items I wanted wasn't in stock and they rang me and we decided on a substitution and they price matched. Such a great store and great staff. Thank you? Every time I visit The Wool Inn store or shop online I receive outstanding service. Anita always goes beyond and above to find best yarn option that will work with my planned project and budget. All staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help. There is great range of yarn to choose from, lots of patterns and accessories and I absolutely love that place. I would highly recommend all crafters to visit The Wool Inn and enjoy!
