What a wonderful business you have and an amazingly helpful team. Yesterday afternoon after having some problems processing my order I took the opportunity of phoning, I spoke to a most helpful lady and then a nice gentleman who took the time to help me with the on-line process (which was easy). I ordered my wool at around 2.15pm on Monday and to my absolute amazement took delivery at 11.15am the next day and it had to come to the northern beaches. The best service I have had ever.
This is my first time to your shop and I assure it will not be my last, as a new customer and I very delighted. I will certainly be recommending my knitting friends to your fab store.
My wool and needles as delightful and I can not wait to start my project.
